Creating the perfect holiday home interior
It's fair to say that the Holiday Home Rental market is growing at a tremendous pace around the World, but with that growth also comes more competition and therefore it's never been more important for property owners to get creative and come up with ways to stand out from the crowd to not only attract a good level of bookings, but also the right customers who will be to enjoy and relax in the accommodation but who will also respect and look after it!
At Click Book Stay we're seeing a growing trend for high quality, luxury properties that offer something a little different. Guests are seeking 5-star experience all round; from booking and service right through to the property and it's facilities. Gone are the days when you could simple take a property and add all of your 'hand me down' or unwanted furnishings and still attract bookings, the choice of available accommodation now means that the most successful holiday lets are the ones that have been carefully considered and set up from the go!
One of our clients is doing just that. Having visited the area numerous times, staying in luxury cottages and apartments that they could use as a base from busy work lives and bring their dog too, they recently decided to purchase a newly converted apartment within a Town Hall that offers unique and quirky spaces that have been finished to a high standard. Having a good base to start from, they have then instructed the service of an interior designer to bring together their dream for a quality, comfortable and inspirational home from home in Perthshire.
Unless you're highly creative yourself (and of course have the time), getting a professional to put together a scheme including colour palette, textures, floor plan, is worth it's weight in gold. They can also save you money too as they will often have negotiated rates on fixtures and furnishings which can often offset their design fees.
What's more, like with most things, there's also a growing choice in terms of affordable (quality) furnishing shops / outlets so there's no need to spend a fortune to create something special.
