Click Book Stay is an independent business with a fantastically passionate team, who just love travelling in the UK.
We have personally owned self-catering properties, so we don’t just offer “theoretical” strategies, but real advice that has worked to make our own properties more successful than we could have imagined. We’ve gone through it all ourselves, and know exactly what works – and what really doesn’t.
With over 20 years experience, we know just about everything when it comes to creating a successful holiday home and ensuring our guests have the kind of vacation that keeps them coming back for more!

We are selective when it comes to choosing the properties that we represent and, by restricting the number that we have in each location, we aim to ensure that your property has the best chance of successfully attaining enquires and bookings through our service. The holiday let market is growing at a rapid rate, and we strive to offer a diverse range of accommodation. Based on this we will give consideration to all properties regardless of size or location. We can offer advice on how to prepare your property for holiday letting, as well as on maintenance and management, so do not hesitate to contact us to discuss what we can do for you!

Customer service is one of our top priorities. We respond to guests quickly and are professional when dealing with all enquiries and bookings. Our promotion brings in guests from around the world looking for a variety of experiences, so we have an excellent conversion rate of enquiries to bookings. We have a secure booking system which allows potential guests to search live availability and book properties 24/7, we are also experienced at successfully matching guests with properties.

We work hard for your property and give honest advice that will help you make it as successful as it can be. This means that if we think that there is something stopping your property from getting enquiries, we will tell you, and be on hand to offer advice on maximising the return on your investment. Our aim is to build a mutually beneficial relationship with our property owners so that we can work together for many years to come.

Two service levels designed to fit your needs!
We offer two levels of service: one for owners who want an experienced marketing company to handle bookings and payments leaving you to look after your property and guests (Marketing Plus Service) and one where you hand over the keys and let us take care of everything, giving you a hassle-free way of running your investment (Premier Service).
Our Premier Service includes; green cleaning, eco laundry and linen supply, property inspection and caretaking duties and supply of guest eco-cleaning products and toiletries.
