Nestled in the gardens of the former Fullarton House, this charming cottage boasts picturesque views and modern comforts. The surrounding Fullarton Estate is perfect for nature lovers. The estate has walking, cycling and riding routes along with pony trails. There are sports pitches, picnic benches and an outdoor children’s play area, making it the perfect location for the whole family.

Fullarton Courtyard Stables has been lovingly refurbished to the height of luxury. The spacious lounge features a wood burning stove, stone feature wall and hardwood floor, all of which compliment the property's original character. The fully equipped and contemporary kitchen has all modern appliances which are ideal for creating hearty meals from scratch. Cosy up in style in the property's master bedroom which has the luxury of a fully tiled en-suite with underfloor heating. This home from home is the perfect retreat away from the stresses of day to day life and will create such a feeling of relaxation that you'll never want to leave. 


 

Local Area LOCAL AREA

Although Fullarton House was demolished in 1966, the grounds still hold relics linking the land to its past; including remnants of the Crosbie Castle which was later made into an ice house when the Fullarton Mansion was erected nearby. The ruin of Crosbie Kirkyard also lies to the South of the Fullarton Estate. Local folklore claims the roof blew off the day Robert Burns was born on 25th January 1759, it has been left as a monument to that day since. The cottage itself is located 1.5 miles from the centre of Troon and its wide array of bars, restaurants and unique boutiques. With beautiful sandy beaches that overlook the Isle of Arran, more adventurous visitors can try their hand at windsurfing or kitesurfing, or visit one of Scotland’s leading sailing centres, Troon Yacht Haven, which is situated on the Marina. A golfer’s paradise, Troon is home to the Championship links course; Royal Troon, alongside a further 5 courses, including 3 excellent public courses. Access to the A77 is convenient and Glasgow City Centre is just a 45-minute drive away or 40 minutes away by train from Troon station. 
 
 Parking: Free parking is available at the rear in the main car park.

"Feel at home on your vacation"

Lovely, country location close to Troon. Attached to other homes in a courtyard setup. Live just like at home with living room, dining room and well equipped kitchen. We used it to stay while trying out the fantastic local golf links.

Terms & Conditions BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking Terms 

25% deposit is required to secure the dates with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival then full payment will be required at the time of booking. We accept most forms of payment including bank transfer; all major credit cards and UK issued debit cards. Rental is inclusive of linen and towels, as well as utilities (gas and electricity) unless otherwise stated on the individual property adverts. Fair usage policy applies. All breakages are chargeable. Click Book Stay have the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing, the Tenant is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked.  Any cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us.
In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:

- If notice of cancellation is given more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, 25% of the total tariff is non-refundable
- If notice of cancellation is given with less than 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable.

Holiday/Cancellation Insurance

Once booked, the Tenant is liable for the complete Property rental costs. As such, it is strongly recommended that the Tenant take out suitable holiday/cancellation insurance to cover costs incurred by unexpected holiday cancellation. Booking Protect, which is a cancellation policy, is offered as an option at the time of booking via the Click Book Stay website.  Booking Protect is an independent company and not in any way related to Click Book Stay.
