The area has a number of restaurants and walks along the waterfront that is perfect for a relaxing break. 

Murano Place is a modern and spacious third-floor holiday apartment which sleeps up to four people. Decorated to a high standard, the interiors of this property are bright and light providing you with all the room you need for your stay in the capital city. Excellently located near the top of Leith Walk, this apartment is within comfortable distance of Leith which offers a more tranquil escape should you want to avoid the crowds of the capital's streets for a day. Both Edinburgh and Leith are within walking distance of the property, the only choice you have to make it what you want to do that day!

This apartment lies at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac yet is only minutes walk away from the top of Leith Walk, where regular bus routes head into the City. On your doorstep, you will also find supermarkets, delicatessens, a variety of pubs, restaurants, cafes and takeaway outlets. It is ideally situated just a short walk away from Edinburgh's main shopping thoroughfare; Princes Street & its surrounding quarters which have everything from department stores, cinemas, theatres, restaurants and cocktail bars.  Not to mention the convenient new tram system that runs 14 km from Edinburgh airport through princess street to York Place. From Princes Street, the majority of Edinburgh’s attractions are easily accessible, including; Edinburgh Castle, the Old & New Towns, the Palace of Holyrood House and the National Art Galleries & Museums.

Parking: The apartment benefits from a private parking space for one car

Booking Terms 

25% deposit is required to secure the dates with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival then full payment will be required at the time of booking. We accept most forms of payment including bank transfer; all major credit cards and UK issued debit cards. Rental is inclusive of linen and towels, as well as utilities (gas and electricity) unless otherwise stated on the individual property adverts. Fair usage policy applies. All breakages are chargeable. Click Book Stay have the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing, the Tenant is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked.  Any cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us.
In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:

- If notice of cancellation is given more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, 25% of the total tariff is non-refundable
- If notice of cancellation is given with less than 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable.

Holiday/Cancellation Insurance

Once booked, the Tenant is liable for the complete Property rental costs. As such, it is strongly recommended that the Tenant take out suitable holiday/cancellation insurance to cover costs incurred by unexpected holiday cancellation. Booking Protect, which is a cancellation policy, is offered as an option at the time of booking via the Click Book Stay website.  Booking Protect is an independent company and not in any way related to Click Book Stay.
