Settled in the idyllic East Neuk of Fife, St Monan's is a beautiful fishing village on the Fife Coastal Path. St Monans lies directly on the Fife Coastal Path, which is popular with walkers, along with some of Scotland's finest and cleanest sandy beaches, so don't forget to bring your bucket and spade! This is a fascinating and picturesque part of Scotland that everyone should see. The coast is backed by an attractive agricultural countryside that boosts very many excellent restaurants serving local produce and a wealth of great golf courses.

Nearby is one of the main locations for TV series 'Outlander' - the conservation village of Falkland. With the fairytale palace so beloved of Mary, Queen of Scots at its centre, is also well worth a visit. Boat trips can also be taken to see the seabird colonies on the islands in the Forth and don't forget to pay a visit to the beautiful St Andrews and Crail Harbour, as well as the Secret Bunker.

"Comfy, Clean & Modern"

Such a comfy, clean and modern home decorated beautifully. As soon as we arrived we felt very much at home-lots of space for everyone. Perfect base for exploring The East Neuk. Love it...this was our second visit and we will definitely be back. Enclosed garden is ideal for keeping little ones and dogs safe.

"One of the best properties we've stayed in"

Harbour Heights is one of the best properties we’ve stayed in Scotland over the years. It has everything you could possibly need for a holiday stay. The house is beautifully decorated with real style & has a spacious rooms with very comfy furnishings. We especially loved our master bedroom with great sea views and our daughter the snug little attic room. We enjoyed having breakfast in front of the house looking at the harbour and dinner on the back patio. The location is second to none, close to beaches, Fife coastal path and many of Fife’s best tourist gems. Really wish we had spent two weeks there instead of only one. Thanks for the fantastic stay, we hope to be back one day!

"The house is well equipped and very comfortable with a lovely master bedroom"

The small courtyard, at the back gets the sun until late afternoon. St Monans is a lovely spot and be sure to visit St Andrews and get your award winning fish'n chips at Anstruther (always a queue). There is a big Co-op at Anstruther, 3 miles away, apparently a good market just up the road, near Elie, on the weekend, but we missed that, also a lovely farm shop as you go to Elie. A lovely holiday as we had amazing weather, only one wet day out of 14! We missed not having a guest comments book at the house as these are interesting and helpful to read.

Booking Terms 

25% deposit is required to secure the dates with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival then full payment will be required at the time of booking. We accept most forms of payment including bank transfer; all major credit cards and UK issued debit cards. Rental is inclusive of linen and towels, as well as utilities (gas and electricity) unless otherwise stated on the individual property adverts. Fair usage policy applies. All breakages are chargeable. Click Book Stay have the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing, the Tenant is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked.  Any cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us.
In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:

- If notice of cancellation is given more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, 25% of the total tariff is non-refundable
- If notice of cancellation is given with less than 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable.

Holiday/Cancellation Insurance

Once booked, the Tenant is liable for the complete Property rental costs. As such, it is strongly recommended that the Tenant take out suitable holiday/cancellation insurance to cover costs incurred by unexpected holiday cancellation. Booking Protect, which is a cancellation policy, is offered as an option at the time of booking via the Click Book Stay website.  Booking Protect is an independent company and not in any way related to Click Book Stay.
