Aberdour is a small coastal village on the east coast of Scotland just across the Forth from Edinburgh. With it's own train station, the village has great transport links and is perfectly situated for visits to Edinburgh, Glasgow and the rest of Central Scotland but it's not short of attractions itself; with a High Street full of independent shops, two award winning beaches (including one prestigious Blue Flag winner) and a Castle whose previous owners have included the Regent of Scotland and also featured on the popular TV series 'Outlander'. To the west of the town lies Aberdour Golf Club, a wonderful 18 hole, par 67 parkland course with stunning coastal views, add to that some fantastic local restaurants, coffee shops and bars, and it's own 10 day Festival (music, events and culture) and you have the perfect place to visit.

The accommodation, an upper colonial style apartment with it's own entrance, has been lovingly refurbished to provide a bright, modern & comfortable base. Access is to the rear of the building up a short set of external steps.

Aberdour Coastal Apartment is perfect for guests looking for the best of all worlds; not too far from the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh yet with the tranquillity of being beside the seaside!

Terms & Conditions BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking Terms 25% deposit is required to secure the dates with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival then full payment will be required at the time of booking. We accept most forms of payment including bank transfer; all major credit cards and UK issued debit cards. Rental is inclusive of linen and towels, as well as utilities (gas and electricity) unless otherwise stated on the individual property adverts. Fair usage policy applies. All breakages are chargeable. Click Book Stay have the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy - Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing, the Tenant is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked.  Any cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us. 

In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:

  • If notice of cancellation is given more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, 25% of the total tariff is non-refundable
  • If notice of cancellation is given with less than 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable.

 Holiday / Cancellation Insurance. Once booked, the Tenant is liable for the complete Property rental costs. As such, it is strongly recommended that the Tenant take out suitable holiday / cancellation insurance to cover costs incurred by unexpected holiday cancellation.  Booking Protect, which is a cancellation policy, is offered as an option at the time of booking via the TS Holiday Lets website.  Booking Protect is an independent company and not in any way related to TS Holiday Lets.
