The apartment benefits from three roomy bedroom areas, with premium bedding and large windows to allow for a light and bright feel to the spaces. The comfortable beds are zip/link meaning they offer great flexibility in being able to be set up as either king-size bed or two singles. The fully equipped kitchen/dining area is the ideal place to plate up a hearty meal which will set everyone up for their day exploring The Fair City, and colourful seating brings a fun touch the final design.

There is some private parking at the property offered on a first come first served basis.

Perth City Apartments is a new renovated building offering 2 x studio apartments, 1 x 1 bedroom without cooking facilities, 1 x 1 bedroom with full cooking facilities, 1 x 3 bedroom with full kitchen / dining. There is lift access to all floors and a communal entrance and garden area.


The Fair City of Perth is in the heart of Scotland, making it an ideal base for exploring all the country has to offer. Within a comfortable distance of other major cities, Perth is a great base should you wish to venture further than the city boundaries, but with so much to see in Perth itself, you needn't venture far! From the newly refurbished Perth Theatre to breathtaking views in the surrounding area, Perth offers the best of both worlds and is the perfect balance between country and city life.

Booking Terms 25% deposit is required to secure the dates with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival then full payment will be required at the time of booking. We accept most forms of payment including bank transfer; all major credit cards and UK issued debit cards. Rental is inclusive of linen and towels, as well as utilities (gas and electricity) unless otherwise stated on the individual property adverts. Fair usage policy applies. All breakages are chargeable. Click Book Stay have the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy - Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing, the Tenant is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked.  Any cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us. 

In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:

  • If notice of cancellation is given more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, 25% of the total tariff is non-refundable
  • If notice of cancellation is given with less than 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable.

 Holiday / Cancellation Insurance. Once booked, the Tenant is liable for the complete Property rental costs. As such, it is strongly recommended that the Tenant take out suitable holiday / cancellation insurance to cover costs incurred by unexpected holiday cancellation.  Booking Protect, which is a cancellation policy, is offered as an option at the time of booking via the TS Holiday Lets website.  Booking Protect is an independent company and not in any way related to TS Holiday Lets.
