A superb location for the Village of Crail short walk from the local shops and restaurants it's sure to offer a great base for those looking to visit the area and who love getting out about either walking the Fife Coastal Path or visiting the many local Golf Courses.

This newly refurbished Town House, which is on three levels, comprises;

Private entrance via the East facing garden.

On the ground floor, there is a Vestibule, Lounge, WC & Shower Room and Kitchen Diner

There is seating in the lounge for up to 6 guests, There is a dining table and chairs for 6, and a well-equipped kitchen including a washer / dryer machine, dishwasher, oven / hob. microwave, Fridge Freezer, and slow cooker

On the first floor there is a Bunk Bedroom at the back with views across private gardens, at the front of the property, there is the Twin bedroom and Family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The Second Floor has a shower room and twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes.

In Crail, there are plenty of buildings of historical interest, including the Tollbooth with its tower dating from about 1600. Many come to enjoy the two golf links courses at the Crail Golfing Society and in June the Village hosts many food producers at the Crail Food Festival

Well behaved pets now welcome by prior arrangement for which there is a small additional fee.

Crail is a superb location to explore the East Neuk, St Andrews, and the Fife Coastal Path. A short walk from the property are a variety of local shops and restaurants. Take a stroll down towards the harbour, where you will have views across to the Isle of May which is an important breeding site for many seabirds including Puffins, and one of the largest colonies of Grey seals. You may even spot a whale or dolphin (or more) in the Forth estuary.
