The property is Ideal for both leisure and work trips.

A self-contained, ground floor apartment, Fernhill has two bedrooms; a master bedroom with super kingsize bed and en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with day bed and pull out single bed underneath. There is a second shower room next to the open plan living room.

The lounge is open plan in an L-shaped formation, with a TV/lounge area, a music station, and a dining table with chairs. There are four windows, making it bright and peaceful with views over the garden and trees. There is seating for four people.

In addition to off-road communal parking there is also a single garage available to guests on the grounds which is ideal for storage of bikes, canoes and other sports equipment.

Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement for which there is a small additional fee.

The property feels more like a cottage, rather than an apartment, and is a real home from home experience. There's even a Nespresso machine for that morning coffee and a Nutribullet blender for those who like to enjoy a smoothie!

If keeping fit is important to you, as well as access to fantastic walks / run / cycle routes, the property also has a medicine ball and adjustable weights for guests use!
