Accommodation: Murano Place is a modern and spacious 3rd floor holiday apartment which sleeps up to four people. There is an entrance hallway with two large storage cupboards, a spacious lounge with a dining area, and a separate modern, well equipped kitchen with everything you will need for a self-catering stay. There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and one twin bedded room with wardrobes for ample storage. Adjacent to this is the family bathroom, with bath and shower over.

Parking: The apartment benefits from a private parking space for one car

Getting Around: Murano Place lies at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac yet is only a minutes walk away from the top of Leith Walk, where regular bus routes head into the City. On your doorstep you will also find supermarkets, delicatessens, a variety of pubs, restaurants, cafes and take-away outlets. The property is situated just a short walk away from Edinburgh's main shopping thoroughfare; Princes Street & its surrounding quarters which have everything from department stores, cinemas, theatres, restaurants and cocktail bars. From Princes Street, the majority of Edinburgh’s attractions are easily accessible, including; Edinburgh Castle, the Old & New Towns, the Palace of Holyrood House and the National Art Galleries & Museums.

Accessibility: Please note the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.

Booking Terms
25% deposit is required to secure the dates with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival then full payment will be required at the time of booking. We accept most forms of payment including bank transfer; all major credit cards and UK issued debit cards. Rental is inclusive of linen and towels, as well as utilities (gas and electricity) unless otherwise stated on the individual property adverts. Fair usage policy applies. All breakages are chargeable. Click Book Stay have the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing, the Tenant is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked.
Any cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us.

If notice of cancellation is given more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, 25% of the total tariff is non-refundable
If notice of cancellation is given with less than 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable.

If notice of cancellation is given between 2 - 60 days before your arrival date, the accommodation fee will be fully refunded no questions asked. Any refunds will be payable at the arrival date.
If notice of cancellation is given with less than 2 days of your arrival dates, the full amount is payable.
*Please note, bookings made for our properties via a third party website if cancelled, the refund given will be monies received by Click Book Stay and will not include any additional booking fees/services charges applied by the third party site.

Holiday/Cancellation Insurance
Once booked, the Tenant is liable for the complete Property rental costs. As such, it is strongly recommended that the Tenant take out suitable holiday/cancellation insurance to cover costs incurred by unexpected holiday cancellation. Booking Protect, which is a cancellation policy, is offered as an option at the time of booking via the Click Book Stay website. Booking Protect is an independent company and not in any way related to Click Book Stay. (Please note, this section applies to bookings made prior to 27th March 2020).
