It is a few minutes walk to the village with a variety of shops & places to eat yet also being only 200 yards away from native woodland with a stream encompassing beautiful rural walking in lanes, paths, bridleways and hillsides.

A regular bus service or rural walks can take you the three mile into Perth where there's a larger selection of shops, restuarants, bars and attractions including Horsecross Concert Hall, Perth Theatre, the Perth Museum and Ferguson Gallery.

For those wanting to stay connected during their stay, there is good wifi coverage throughout.

A large, private garden benefitting from sun front and back at all times of the day.

There are also two other patio areas to enjoy a sunset G&T or outside dining. The summer house is another little corner of tranquillity if the outdoors gets a bit airy .
