Tay Views Apartment is a cosy and comfortable 1st-floor property with stunning views over the River Tay. This B listed building retains its historic charm while adding modern comforts and conveniences. The flat is centrally located with easy walking access to the variety of restaurants, bars, cultural hotspots that Perth has to offer. This luxury apartment has all the amenities you need for your stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable king-size bed to rest after a long day, and a bath for those who want a long soak during their relaxing trip!

The property benefits from an extra foldable bed and can sleep up to one extra guest for an additional charge, please note that as this is meant for occasional use the maximum stay for the 5th guest is 3 nights. Please contact us to add this to your booking.

Well behaved pets welcome, by prior agreement - extra charges will apply.

Area: Tay Views is a 2-minute walk to Perth High Street with a great selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Perth Concert Hall hosts a range of musicians, artists and comedians, alongside which is Perth's Edwardian Theatre, The Green Room and IMAX Cinema. Golfing pros and amateurs alike will be spoilt for choice in Perth, with the King James VI (stretching along the River Tay) and North Inch Golf Courses just a few minutes away from Tay Views. Although Perth Racecourse has regular racing fixtures, it's not all about the horses, with The Perth Festival and Perth in Bloom being held at Scone Palace Park.

Both Edinburgh and Glasgow can be reached in around 1 hour by car or direct train.




Booking Terms
25% deposit is required to secure the dates with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival then full payment will be required at the time of booking. We accept most forms of payment including bank transfer; all major credit cards and UK issued debit cards. Credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge - debit cards are processed free of charge. Rental is inclusive of linen and towels, as well as utilities (gas and electricity). Fair usage policy applies. All breakages are chargeable. Click Book Stay has the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing, the Tenant is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked.

Any cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us.

  • If notice of cancellation is given more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, 25% of the total tariff is non-refundable
  • If notice of cancellation is given with less than 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable.


Holiday / Cancellation Insurance. Once booked, the Tenant is liable for the complete Property rental costs. As such, it is strongly recommended that the Tenant take out suitable holiday/cancellation insurance to cover costs incurred by unexpected holiday cancellation. Booking Protect, which is a cancellation policy, is offered as an option at the time of booking via the Click Book Stay website. Booking Protect is an independent company and in no way related to Click Book Stay.
