Beautifully presented one bedroom holiday cottage located in hamlet of Abernyte, Perthshire and available on a holiday rental basis for stays of 3 nights or more.

A superb location in the fold of the Sidlaw Hills, between the cities of Perth and Dundee, it's sure to offer a great base for those looking to visit the area and who love getting out into nature.

This newly built accommodation, which is all on one level, comprises;

Private entrance via the garden.

Open plan lounge / diner / kitchen - The lounge has bi-fold doors straight out to a seating area from which to enjoy al-fresco dining. There is seating in the lounge for up to 6 guests, however the property will accommodate 4 (with use of the sofabed). There is a dining table and chairs for 4, and a well equipped kitchen including washing machine, compact worktop dishwasher, oven / hob.

Double bedroom - The bedroom looks out over the garden and has bi-folding doors. There is a comfortable double bed.

Bathroom - Comprising walk-in shower, wash hand basin and WC

Storage / Dressing room

The outside has a wonderfully landscaped terraced garden with seating areas from which to take in the views. Free on street parking is available next to the garden and the entrance is down from the upper terrace.

Perfect for solo travellers or couples, however it can accommodate up to 4 guests with the use of a sofabed in the lounge, and as such would offer a good option for families too!

The accommodation has been recently built and therefore finishings and insulation are to a high standard.

Perthshire is a dog friendly county with many shops and eateries welcoming well behaved pets, there's also a good selection of walks to enjoy.
